During my stay, I found the location convenient and the staff friendly. but there were definitely some issues. I enjoyed having a spacious and modern suite with a full refrigerator, which was perfect for my needs. However, the cleanliness left something to be desired, including a dirty remote and a musty smell in the room. Overall, while I appreciated certain aspects, I wouldn’t rate my experience highly because of these shortcomings.

I had a great stay overall at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites Austin NW - Lakeline. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel welcome from the moment I walked in. However, I was a bit disappointed with the spa not functioning properly. The location was convenient, but I encountered some noise issues in my first night due to kids running around. Overall, I would definitely return.
